Zip/Postal Code issue

If your zip/postal code contains spaces or letters (we’re looking at you, Canada), try entering 11111.

You’re trying to use a Discover Card

Sorry, we can’t accept Discover Cards at this time. We’ll gladly accept Visa, MC, and AmEx payments.

Your bank/credit card blocked the payment

It’s possible your credit card has flagged the payment as suspicious activity because it’s a relatively large payment to an overseas account. We recommend calling your credit card and letting them know this is a legitimate payment. You’ll probably have to wait until tomorrow to try again.

You’re trying to make the same payment twice

Credit cards usually flag this because it looks like a mistaken charge. Calling the credit card and waiting a day usually work. We can also send you a new secure link.
