David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

Israel at its best compliments of Dekel Tours! Without a doubt, this will rank #2 of all time for our (my wife and I) vacation travels. Our honeymoon has to always remain #1. Dekel provided excellent service from assisting with the development of our design of what we could see in the time we were in Israel to literally the moment we got off our plane where we were met with someone who effortlessly guided us through customs, to when we said goodbye to our outstanding guide, Yehuda. Everything that we wanted to see we were able to have quality time doing it. We even had a few last minute changes we requested and they were fulfilled without any complications. Our guide was the best we have had, including professional guides in Egypt, Thailand, Greece, Italy to name just a few. I highly recommend considering Dekel for anyone traveling to Israel.

A completely custom and perfect experience My husband and I (along with our 8-month old baby) just spent two weeks in Israel and a couple days in Jordan visiting Petra and had an absolutely incredible trip. We used Dekel tours for our airport transfers, all of our accommodations, a tour guide in Jerusalem, VIP border crossing into Jordan and back and all accommodations and tours in Jordan.The experience with Dekel tour was completely custom for us (which is often not the case when using similar services) as well as seamless and incredible.Every detail was carefully curated based on our parameters and we could not have been happier.I highly recommend using Dekel Tours whether you just need help with a few small details - or in planning every detail of your trip!

Excellent service and experience David and the team at Dekel Tours created a personalized itinerary based on our family's interests and background with some great unique experiences that we will remember forever.He was communicative, responsive, and held numerous phone calls at convenient times for us in America to build and revise our 10 day trip.All of the greeters, drivers, and tour guides were excellent and the convenience of having them handle everything from airport customs, rides, hotel reservations and always-available WhatsApp conversations made for a much easier trip.I would recommend using Dekel for your Israel trip without hesitation.

Private Tour with DEKEL tours Just came back from a 13 day trip to Israel. Mark at DEKEL Tours helped us plan a 7 day private tour. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and kept in touch with us throughout the full year of planning. They did everything from book our hotels to our activities. Fabulous Israel Trip Our family could not have had a more fantastic experience touring Israel as planned by David Gross at Dekel Tours. David worked with us over many months to create an itinerary for touring the beautiful, unique sites in Israel as well as guiding us in planning our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah at Robinson’s Arch. With an extended family group of grandparents, kids, grandkids and aunts and uncles, David was sensitive and resourceful in meeting everyone’s needs. Our daily excursions were led by the most fantastic, charming, well versed guide, Yonatan Kohn, who shared his vast knowledge on topics religious, historical, and archeological. We enjoyed many lively conversations and Q and A sessions with him. At the end of each day of touring Yonatan made sure we knew the itinerary for the next day and what to expect. He and David made sure, from day one, that we had their contact info should we need anything. From the months of planning to our arrival where we were met at the airport (loved the ‘executive service’!!) to our hotels, excursions, activities, etc, our family had a fabulous and fun Israel experience thanks to David and Yonatan!!

She reached out to youth and adults, meaningfully engaging the kids. Sharon went beyond the norm in seeking to meet the needs and respond to the interests of all. The guide at Yad Vashem (Lara….) was a wonderful educator who held the kids attention for over two hours. Our driver, Sergei, kept us safe and on time. The VIP access for the airport to the hotel and back was excellent. All contacts and connections made for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We have already given your name to a few people interested in traveling to Israel.

It could not have been better My husband & I just returned from 2 weeks in Israel. We worked with David Gross of Dekel Tours to arrange our hotel, transfers from & to the airport, and assistance through Passport Control, Security & Check-in. His suggestions were perfect for what we wanted. Each hotel was lovely—well maintained, spotlessly clean, well-appointed & well-located. At David’s suggestion we used of the service of Smile when we arrived in Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. It made getting through all the checkpoints speedy. We were able to circumvent long lines. The drivers were helpful & pleasant & their vehicles were clean. The use of VIP service on our departure was brilliant! Since the days before security checks, we have never had such rapid check-in. The representative from VIP was able to take us from curbside all the way through to our gate, bypassing long lines.

Trip of a lifetime - Thank You Dekel We had a fantastic experience with Dekel on our Israeli vacation. From the moment we got off the plane we were treated like VIP's. Our primary contact, Mark Coleman from Dekel, worked closely with us to ensure that our itinerary matched what we were hoping to do and showed off the best of both Israel and Jordan in the time that we had. What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us.
