Wonderful trip!!! I just returned from a Dekel tour to Israel. It was amazing. Our guide (Mitch Bertman) was great! He approached it as a friend. But his ‘guide’ skills and knowledge are amazing! Than you Dekel and thank you Mitch!!!

Just finished a 12 day tour we planned with Dekel Tours for my son’s bar mitzvah. I can sum up the entire experience in one word OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them. I am a real person and I do not work for Dekel Tours. My wife and I are very hard to please and they exceeded our expectations. We do not live in Israel so planning a tour of this nature is vey stressful and you really don’t know whether you can trust the company you are working with. Our experience was very positive and David and Tamar were attentive and extremely helpful. Tamar went so far as to come to the bar mitzvah and lent us her hotspot because the synagogue did not have wifi and we needed to broadcast the service over zoom. Thank you for everything. 3 Days in Israel - A delight thanks to Dekel Tours! From the first moment I reached out to Dekel Tours, I felt their attention to details. I chose them over two other tour companies I was considering in Israel. Mark was our tour specialist and answered all of my questions (and there were many) over the six months that we planned our tour in Israel. We were extremely tight on time as Israel was our cruise port for three days and we wanted to make the most of our time. Mark had great suggestions about what would work and what wouldn't and truly heard what my family's interests were. We had some unique requests and he gave us great advice about how to include them into our tour. Rani was our tour guide for our three days and he was fantastic! He only wanted to make us happy and share his WEALTH of information and love for Israel. He went above and beyond to make our trip special for the six of us traveling but especially for my kids. We all loved him. I will certainly be contacting Mark, Rani, and Dekel Tours again when we can return to Israel.

Awesome, out of this World I worked with Dekel Tours (Mark) for several months on the itinerary and it was packed with places we needed to see and things we need to do. Mark worked with me on several revisions. In the end, we finalized the itinerary and when on the trip. All I have to say is that the service we got from Dekel Tours was absolutely Presidental!! From getting off the Airplane in Israel, to the hotel, touring, and getting me back home, they took care of everything. I felt like a new born baby. No worries at all, just enjoy the sights, sounds and walk in the footsteps of Jesus. Thank you Dekel Tours, you are the best. Lastly, Dekel gave us the best tour guides, especially Micheal, he was so knowledgeable about the places we visited and gave us some extra places to see that were not part of the itinerary. Superior communication and implementation of the perfect itinerary! I work at a Jewish day school, so when it came time to plan a Bnot Mitzvah trip to Israel, there was no shortage of tour company recommendations. However, David Gross of Dekel Tours immediately stood out from the rest. To begin, I appreciated seamless communication with a native English speaker. In addition, as they say, presentation is everything. The proposed itinerary from Dekel tours was beautifully crafted with color images and easy to read text blocks. The other proposals I received looked like résumés, or a document you might use to take notes. The itinerary was 100% personalized to our family. From the hotels to the activities, every one of our interests and needs were considered. This was no easy feat with a group ranging in age from 12-78. We also had a particular tour guide in mind, (Sharon Pelleg), and Dekel tours was able to secure the tour guide of our choice. For the Bnot mitzvah, (2 daughters ages 12 and 15), we were given phenomenal recommendations for clergy, location and photography. Once the planning was complete, and we arrived in Israel, the superior service continued with immediate communication whenever needed. For example, we unexpectedly required a scooter for a family member who experienced limited mobility. A scooter was delivered to the hotel and our transportation was modified to accommodate. Also, a different family member needed a chiropractor, David was able to schedule and arrange travel to and from an appointment. I know this is quite the gushing review, but it is well deserved. Superior communication and implementation of an itinerary that provided the trip we dreamed of, earned this review.

Best trip ever Thank you David, Bradley Asher Drimmer. We went for our Daughter's Bat Mitzvah and toured for 2 full weeks. Everything was perfect and it was truly the best trip of our lives. We can't wait to go back.

It could not have been better My husband & I just returned from 2 weeks in Israel. We worked with David Gross of Dekel Tours to arrange our hotel, transfers from & to the airport, and assistance through Passport Control, Security & Check-in. His suggestions were perfect for what we wanted. Each hotel was lovely—well maintained, spotlessly clean, well-appointed & well-located. At David’s suggestion we used of the service of Smile when we arrived in Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. It made getting through all the checkpoints speedy. We were able to circumvent long lines. The drivers were helpful & pleasant & their vehicles were clean. The use of VIP service on our departure was brilliant! Since the days before security checks, we have never had such rapid check-in. The representative from VIP was able to take us from curbside all the way through to our gate, bypassing long lines.
