She organised a trip that met the diversity of expectations of our family with 3 children/teenagers. A completely custom and perfect experience My husband and I (along with our 8-month old baby) just spent two weeks in Israel and a couple days in Jordan visiting Petra and had an absolutely incredible trip. We used Dekel tours for our airport transfers, all of our accommodations, a tour guide in Jerusalem, VIP border crossing into Jordan and back and all accommodations and tours in Jordan.The experience with Dekel tour was completely custom for us (which is often not the case when using similar services) as well as seamless and incredible.Every detail was carefully curated based on our parameters and we could not have been happier.I highly recommend using Dekel Tours whether you just need help with a few small details - or in planning every detail of your trip!

Wonderful trip We started planning our Israel trip in January of 2020 and then the pandemic hit. We were finally able to take our trip almost three years later, in October 2022. Throughout the wait LeeAnn, our travel agent and I kept in touch. The wait was definitely worth it. She planned a wonderful trip for nine friends and myself. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip: hotels, meals, activities, and our great tour guide. She was also flexible to accommodate special requests.I definitely recommend her and her agency.

3 Days in Israel - A delight thanks to Dekel Tours! From the first moment I reached out to Dekel Tours, I felt their attention to details. I chose them over two other tour companies I was considering in Israel. Mark was our tour specialist and answered all of my questions (and there were many) over the six months that we planned our tour in Israel. We were extremely tight on time as Israel was our cruise port for three days and we wanted to make the most of our time. Mark had great suggestions about what would work and what wouldn't and truly heard what my family's interests were. We had some unique requests and he gave us great advice about how to include them into our tour. Rani was our tour guide for our three days and he was fantastic! He only wanted to make us happy and share his WEALTH of information and love for Israel. He went above and beyond to make our trip special for the six of us traveling but especially for my kids. We all loved him. I will certainly be contacting Mark, Rani, and Dekel Tours again when we can return to Israel.

Wonderful trip!!! I just returned from a Dekel tour to Israel. It was amazing. Our guide (Mitch Bertman) was great! He approached it as a friend. But his ‘guide’ skills and knowledge are amazing! Than you Dekel and thank you Mitch!!!

There's really no reason to look anywhere else! Dealing with Dekel Tours was a pleasure from beginning to end. David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

Excellent 2 weeks We were involved in a trip to Israel and Jordan for my granddaughter's bot mitzvah in Jerusalem that Dekel Tours arranged. We were a group of 18 that consisted of 6 to 80 years olds. We did everything from bike riding to wine tasting, to an archaeological dig plus so much more. All ages thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were included in the festivities. It was seamless, the hotels were perfect, bus driver and guides were excellent. You can't go wrong!

3rd trip with Dekel Excellent team to work with and very easy communication. Mark and LeeAnn went above and beyond to help us organize a tour for 28 people with an added memorial service for a dear loved one. And Mitch B has become the only guide for us. Highly recommend Dekel.
