Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. There's really no reason to look anywhere else! Dealing with Dekel Tours was a pleasure from beginning to end. David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

Wonderful trip We started planning our Israel trip in January of 2020 and then the pandemic hit. We were finally able to take our trip almost three years later, in October 2022. Throughout the wait LeeAnn, our travel agent and I kept in touch. The wait was definitely worth it. She planned a wonderful trip for nine friends and myself. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip: hotels, meals, activities, and our great tour guide. She was also flexible to accommodate special requests.I definitely recommend her and her agency.

Great experience, great service Our group of 3 couples had a great tour of Israel and Jordan arranged by Mark Coleman and the team at Dekel Tours. For most of us, this was our first trip to Israel. We had several planning meetings and emails so our experience could be tailored to our desires. Mark was available to help us throughout our trip to answer logistical questions and work with us on some minor changes in our travel schedule, to help make sure we were where we needed to be to make connections. I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Dekel Tours!

A wonderful, stress free and truly special trip! Tamar- we can’t thank you enough for planning the perfect tour. Each day was so meaningful! The ten of us are still talking about all that we shared and learned. The sites, hotels, meals and activities exceeded all expectations. You and Dekel made everything so easy for us. It was a pleasure to have everything prearranged. It was completely stress free, which if I had to make all the arrangements and reservations myself would have been overwhelming!Eitan was so knowledgeable and the perfect blend of educator, Rabbi and tour guide! We all felt a connection to him. Avram was very kind and an excellent driver. He made it so effortless for us when our van dropped us and was there waiting for us at each destination.

Excellent service and experience David and the team at Dekel Tours created a personalized itinerary based on our family's interests and background with some great unique experiences that we will remember forever.He was communicative, responsive, and held numerous phone calls at convenient times for us in America to build and revise our 10 day trip.All of the greeters, drivers, and tour guides were excellent and the convenience of having them handle everything from airport customs, rides, hotel reservations and always-available WhatsApp conversations made for a much easier trip.I would recommend using Dekel for your Israel trip without hesitation.

Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

3 Days in Israel - A delight thanks to Dekel Tours! From the first moment I reached out to Dekel Tours, I felt their attention to details. I chose them over two other tour companies I was considering in Israel. Mark was our tour specialist and answered all of my questions (and there were many) over the six months that we planned our tour in Israel. We were extremely tight on time as Israel was our cruise port for three days and we wanted to make the most of our time. Mark had great suggestions about what would work and what wouldn't and truly heard what my family's interests were. We had some unique requests and he gave us great advice about how to include them into our tour. Rani was our tour guide for our three days and he was fantastic! He only wanted to make us happy and share his WEALTH of information and love for Israel. He went above and beyond to make our trip special for the six of us traveling but especially for my kids. We all loved him. I will certainly be contacting Mark, Rani, and Dekel Tours again when we can return to Israel.

Sensational, tour group If you plan to take a trip to Israel then this is the company is for you. Dekel tours is exceptional in every way.They are so professional, helpful,and just all around wonderful .I had knee replacement surgery & it was hard for me to walk. So David came up with a wonderful idea . He texted me & said how about renting a scooter . It was the BEST idea , after that I was able to join in most of the activities.When I come back to Israel and looking for a tour Dekel Tours is who I’m using . I will recommend them to all my friends who plan on going to Israel.
