A wonderful, stress free and truly special trip! Tamar- we can’t thank you enough for planning the perfect tour. Each day was so meaningful! The ten of us are still talking about all that we shared and learned. The sites, hotels, meals and activities exceeded all expectations. You and Dekel made everything so easy for us. It was a pleasure to have everything prearranged. It was completely stress free, which if I had to make all the arrangements and reservations myself would have been overwhelming!Eitan was so knowledgeable and the perfect blend of educator, Rabbi and tour guide! Dekel Tours Has My Vote... We loved our experience from start to finish. Tamar, the office manager, took our specific requests and set up a three day tour that swept us off our feet. It was perfect and amazing. Aviad was our tour guide. He was also terrific. Aviad walked us through the streets and explained thoroughly each stop....revisiting biblical stories, walking through the streets of the Old City as well as sites around the Sea of Galilee. Aviad made our journey come to life. He is well educated and what I consider to be a true historian. Israel's Best Tour Company Dekel Tours goes the extra mile from the moment you contact them. I wanted a customized tour of Israel not a tourist cookie cutter tour and Dekel listened to what I envisioned and exceeded my expectations. Trip of a lifetime - Thank You Dekel We had a fantastic experience with Dekel on our Israeli vacation. From the moment we got off the plane we were treated like VIP's. Our primary contact, Mark Coleman from Dekel, worked closely with us to ensure that our itinerary matched what we were hoping to do and showed off the best of both Israel and Jordan in the time that we had. What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us. We also has amazing tour guides who were a great blend of informative, entertaining, flexible and engaging. We learned so much and left feeling like we had made a new friend. Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Our accommodations were great, everything went smoothly and the online payment portal was so easy to us. I recommend working with Dekel Tours.

3 Days in Israel - A delight thanks to Dekel Tours! From the first moment I reached out to Dekel Tours, I felt their attention to details. I chose them over two other tour companies I was considering in Israel. Mark was our tour specialist and answered all of my questions (and there were many) over the six months that we planned our tour in Israel. We were extremely tight on time as Israel was our cruise port for three days and we wanted to make the most of our time. Mark had great suggestions about what would work and what wouldn't and truly heard what my family's interests were. We had some unique requests and he gave us great advice about how to include them into our tour. Rani was our tour guide for our three days and he was fantastic! He only wanted to make us happy and share his WEALTH of information and love for Israel. He went above and beyond to make our trip special for the six of us traveling but especially for my kids. We all loved him. I will certainly be contacting Mark, Rani, and Dekel Tours again when we can return to Israel.

Amazing family trip to Israel! Thank you to David at Dekel tours! My family and I (2 adults and 2 teens) have recently returned from a wonderful 2-week trip all over Israel. It was a trip of a lifetime! David helped us to plan and organize this long-awaited trip from the very beginning stages. He was quick to respond to any and all questions, no matter the time of day! Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is. David and Dekel delivered an incredible experience that would not have been the same without their service. Travel to this part of the world can be tricky and unpredictable, so to have someone and a company that you can trust is important.
