Kedma is one of the Isrotel chain’s newest hotels, located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Negev Desert, not far from Mitzpe Ramon. We love the hotel’s desert-inspired vibe and decor, and the quality and attention to detail that typically come with Isrotel hotels. Though it’s not as close to the major attractions of Mitzpe Ramon as some of our other favorites in the region, it’s a great choice if you’re touring the Negev with a guide and driver.

This exotic desert oasis offers a unique jumping-off point to explore the magnificent natural landscapes of the Negev by ATV, jeep, bike, camel, or on foot. It’s also walking distance from the historical home of David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister. The hotel’s 163 rooms and suites are built around an open-air courtyard that evokes an ancient khan (inn) with a heated pool surrounded by fruit trees.
