From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day.  Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours.  While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly.  Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure.  David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state.  We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel. read less

Specifically, Mark Coleman was a fantastic partner in helping create the itinerary given my particular interests to comprehensively understand all 3 religions in Israel. He was extremely responsive up to the time of the travel and remained in contact to ensure a warm and safe stay in Israel. Mark was also instrumental in helping me cross the border from Jordan. We used Dekel tours for our airport transfers, all of our accommodations, a tour guide in Jerusalem, VIP border crossing into Jordan and back and all accommodations and tours in Jordan.The experience with Dekel tour was completely custom for us (which is often not the case when using similar services) as well as seamless and incredible.Every detail was carefully curated based on our parameters and we could not have been happier.I highly recommend using Dekel Tours whether you just need help with a few small details - or in planning every detail of your trip! read less
