				Outstanding Tour Company Dekel was outstanding in every aspect, from the escort not after baggage claim but right after I exited the plane, to the immediate drive to the hotel, to the informative & enthusiastic guide (Avi) who accompanied us everywhere, to the proficient driver (Hezi), in short, first class personnel, itinerary, accommodations & meals. 				The Trip of a Lifetime – Perfectly Planned by Dekel Tours! We just returned from an unforgettable family trip to Israel, thanks to the incredible team at Dekel Tours—especially our travel planner, David Gross. From the very beginning, David was thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly patient (we made at least 10 revisions to our itinerary, and he encouraged each one!). He truly listened to what we wanted and delivered a trip that exceeded all expectations.Every detail David promised came through seamlessly—from airport transfers to hotel accommodations to special touches throughout. He was always just a phone call away, no matter the hour, to answer even the smallest question.We were a multigenerational group of seven—Mom, Dad, four kids ages 11 to 18, and Bubby in her 70s—and David picked the perfect guide for us. Shuki Cohen was an absolute gem: knowledgeable, warm, funny, and able to engage every member of our family. 				THE BEST private tour guide to Israel!! Dekel Tours did an outstanding job putting together a family tour of Israel. They were extremely focused on reflecting and delivering exactly what we wanted to experience, as well as letting us know about opportunities of which we might not have been aware. Our tour guide Rotem was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and completely on top of her game, as was our company contact, David. When we wanted to buy particular items, Rotem knew exactly where to bring us or found out where to take us if she didn't. Anytime we had a concern, David was reachable and ready with a perfect solution. We were a "high maintenance" family but nothing we requested was considered too difficult or too much or too anything. There were no "surprise" charges and the service was simply beyond reproach. They respected cost consciousness when it was wanted and were knowledgeable about splurging when that was wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
