Sit along the water, haggle with local shopkeepers, take in the historical and archaeological sites, stop in a museum, or visit historic St. Peter’s Church.

Caesarea National Park – Home to ancient palaces built for King Herod, a Roman amphitheater, historic port, and other Roman archaeological wonders, such as the Promontory Palace with the remains of its mosaic floor.

Day 3
Coastal Plain

Mukhraka – This site is believed to be the location of the battle between Elijah and the prophets of Baal. The site is home to the Monastery of the “place of burning” and contains fantastic views overlooking the hills of the Lower Galilee.

Tel Megiddo – A UNESCO World Heritage Site noted for its well-preserved archaeological remains of early Canaanite and Israelite cities. This unique site is thought to have seen more battles than any other location in the world.

Mount Arbel – This mountain nature reserve has awe-inspiring observation points, hiking trails, and archaeological wonders from as far back as the Second Temple period.

Day 4
Golan Heights

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

Caesarea Philippi – This site overlooking the northern Jordan Valley is the ancient city where Jesus revealed to his disciples that he was the Messiah.

Majd-al-Shams – A Druze village in the northern Golan Heights, where you’ll learn about the Druze community and their culture as you share a lunch of freshly made traditional Druze food with a local family in their home.

Day 5
Sea of Galilee

Day 6
Lower Galilee

Nazareth – Rich with biblical history, including the Church of the Annunciation (built on the site of Mary’s Cave), St. Joseph’s Church (built on the site of Joseph’s workshop), and the Synagogue Church (built on the site of the synagogue where Jesus studied and prayed).

Nazareth Village – Immerse yourself in the culture and spirit of Jesus’s hometown in this recreation of the village of Nazareth from the time of Jesus.

Day 7
Old City of Jerusalem

City of David – Your tour will begin with a breathtaking hilltop view of Biblical Jerusalem and continue through approximately 3,800 years of history.

Mount of Olives – This site contains numerous significant landmarks, making it a particularly fascinating spot to discuss the holy city of Jerusalem.

Via Dolorosa – Follow the path of Jesus on the way to his crucifixion, and walk in the footsteps of two thousand years of pilgrims visiting the 14 Stations of the Cross.

Day 8
Jerusalem & Bethlehem

Israel Museum – See the famous Dead Sea Scrolls and the most extensive holdings of biblical and Holy Land archaeology in the world.

Tour of Bethlehem – The birthplace of Jesus and a pilgrimage site for Christians around the globe. Visit some of Christianity’s holiest and most interesting sites, including the Church of Nativity, the Chapel of the Milk Grotto, Mary’s Well, and the Chapel of the Shepherd’s Field.

Day 9
Judean Desert

Departure Day

Ein Kerem – A beautiful and scenic historic village removed from the frenzy of modernized Jerusalem. Known for its tranquility and beautiful foliage and architecture, this neighborhood is home to Mary’s Well and a number of historic churches and monasteries.

Continue to the airport – Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your departure flight.
