Why do we love the Beresheet Hotel? Beresheet is one of the nicest, most exclusive hotels in Israel. It has all the features that one would like to see in a luxurious hotel: its rooms are beautiful and spacious, the spa and pool are beyond compare, and its restaurant serves amazing food. We particularly love how the hotel blends seamlessly into its environment and feels part of the desert. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a family of ibexes when enjoying your evening walk.
