Israel's Best Tour Company Dekel Tours goes the extra mile from the moment you contact them. I wanted a customized tour of Israel not a tourist cookie cutter tour and Dekel listened to what I envisioned and exceeded my expectations. My main contact David Gross was thorough and quick to answer any questions I had (believe me I had a lot of them). From the moment my group of twenty stepped off the plane in Tel Aviv we were greeted by a Dekel Tour agent and our trip was seamless and excellent. We even had a medical emergency in our group and Dekel was so completely understanding, compassionate and kind and was quick to take action. Should anyone I know plan a trip to Israel I will highly recommend Dekel Tours. They customize for small and large groups. I trust them completely.

THE BEST private tour guide to Israel!! Dekel Tours did an outstanding job putting together a family tour of Israel. They were extremely focused on reflecting and delivering exactly what we wanted to experience, as well as letting us know about opportunities of which we might not have been aware. Our tour guide Rotem was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and completely on top of her game, as was our company contact, David. When we wanted to buy particular items, Rotem knew exactly where to bring us or found out where to take us if she didn't. Anytime we had a concern, David was reachable and ready with a perfect solution. We were a "high maintenance" family but nothing we requested was considered too difficult or too much or too anything. There were no "surprise" charges and the service was simply beyond reproach. They respected cost consciousness when it was wanted and were knowledgeable about splurging when that was wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A bat mitzvah gift! Dekel tours planned a perfect tour for my husband and I to show our granddaughter how much we love Israel. Every detail was attended to with perfection so we could just relax and enjoy!

Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

Trip of a lifetime - Thank You Dekel We had a fantastic experience with Dekel on our Israeli vacation. From the moment we got off the plane we were treated like VIP's. Our primary contact, Mark Coleman from Dekel, worked closely with us to ensure that our itinerary matched what we were hoping to do and showed off the best of both Israel and Jordan in the time that we had. What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us. We also has amazing tour guides who were a great blend of informative, entertaining, flexible and engaging. We learned so much and left feeling like we had made a new friend. This truly was a trip of a lifetime and we are grateful for the thoughtfulness and diligence to make that possible. Thank you Dekel and Mark!

Best trip ever Thank you David, Bradley Asher Drimmer. We went for our Daughter's Bat Mitzvah and toured for 2 full weeks. Everything was perfect and it was truly the best trip of our lives. We can't wait to go back.

Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

Incredible Israel experience Wow. it is hard to find the words to describe our trip to Israel, and the role that Dekel played. I had spent two months in Israel in 1994 on the High School in Israel program, and it was life changing for me. I wanted to share Israel with my children (aged 6 and 12), and contacted Dekel to help us. Marc was amazing. We spoke at length, and based of our conversations, he put together an itinerary that was the perfect balance of fun, educational, adventurous, and meaningful. The hotels were great, the airport service was extraordinary, and our guide, Muriel Sassoon was incomparable. I highly recommend Dekel. They are the best.
