Wonderful trip!!! I just returned from a Dekel tour to Israel. It was amazing. Our guide (Mitch Bertman) was great! He approached it as a friend. But his ‘guide’ skills and knowledge are amazing! Than you Dekel and thank you Mitch!!!

Fabulous Israel Trip Our family could not have had a more fantastic experience touring Israel as planned by David Gross at Dekel Tours. David worked with us over many months to create an itinerary for touring the beautiful, unique sites in Israel as well as guiding us in planning our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah at Robinson’s Arch. With an extended family group of grandparents, kids, grandkids and aunts and uncles, David was sensitive and resourceful in meeting everyone’s needs. Our daily excursions were led by the most fantastic, charming, well versed guide, Yonatan Kohn, who shared his vast knowledge on topics religious, historical, and archeological. We enjoyed many lively conversations and Q and A sessions with him. At the end of each day of touring Yonatan made sure we knew the itinerary for the next day and what to expect. He and David made sure, from day one, that we had their contact info should we need anything. From the months of planning to our arrival where we were met at the airport (loved the ‘executive service’!!) to our hotels, excursions, activities, etc, our family had a fabulous and fun Israel experience thanks to David and Yonatan!!

Great experience, great service Our group of 3 couples had a great tour of Israel and Jordan arranged by Mark Coleman and the team at Dekel Tours. For most of us, this was our first trip to Israel. We had several planning meetings and emails so our experience could be tailored to our desires. Mark was available to help us throughout our trip to answer logistical questions and work with us on some minor changes in our travel schedule, to help make sure we were where we needed to be to make connections. I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Dekel Tours!

The trip of a lifetime! Planning a bar mitzvah in Israel from the United States seemed like a daunting task. I am BEYOND grateful that I found Dekel Tours to help me with this huge undertaking. David Gross and Avital Rachmilevitch made this so easy for me! David planned a ten day tour for 36 of my family members ranging in age from 4-78. A month after returning, we are all still glowing from the incredible experience. David was responsive, easy to work with, professional, kind and a native English speaker, (which made communicating much easier). The itinerary was fantastic, each day was filled with incredible activities that were fun and enriching. He set us up with a fantastic tour guide and bus driver and everyone involved worked hard everyday to make sure all of our needs were met. (Not easy to do with 36 people!) David took care of everything from A-Z. Literally, from the moment we landed until we step foot on the plane to go home, he was with us all the way. Avital worked with me to plan an unforgettable event for my son’s bar mitzvah. She took care of all the swag for the trip from t-shirts and goodies, to balloons and décor for the event. I would HIGHLY recommend Dekel Tours for anybody planning a trip to Israel.

The ten of us are still talking about all that we shared and learned. The sites, hotels, meals and activities exceeded all expectations. You and Dekel made everything so easy for us. It was a pleasure to have everything prearranged. It was completely stress free, which if I had to make all the arrangements and reservations myself would have been overwhelming!Eitan was so knowledgeable and the perfect blend of educator, Rabbi and tour guide! We all felt a connection to him. Avram was very kind and an excellent driver. He made it so effortless for us when our van dropped us and was there waiting for us at each destination.

Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

Memorable b'not mitzvah tour David planned a fantastic trip in Israel for our extended family which included three grandparents, three of our adult daughters and eight grandchildren. Two of the grandaughters celebrated their b'not mitzvah in israel. From the moment we arrived, until our flight home, the trip was flawless. Our accomadations were great, and the activities planned were perfect for all ages. Our guide and driver were terrific. They were both extremely friendly, accommodating, and flexible whenever we made slight changes to the itinerary and we all felt like we were well taken care of. The trip was a memorable experience for everyone- grandparents, parents, and children alike.

Awesome, out of this World I worked with Dekel Tours (Mark) for several months on the itinerary and it was packed with places we needed to see and things we need to do. Mark worked with me on several revisions. In the end, we finalized the itinerary and when on the trip. All I have to say is that the service we got from Dekel Tours was absolutely Presidental!! From getting off the Airplane in Israel, to the hotel, touring, and getting me back home, they took care of everything. I felt like a new born baby. No worries at all, just enjoy the sights, sounds and walk in the footsteps of Jesus. Thank you Dekel Tours, you are the best. Lastly, Dekel gave us the best tour guides, especially Micheal, he was so knowledgeable about the places we visited and gave us some extra places to see that were not part of the itinerary.
