An Amazing Trip We've been home for a week since our amazing trip to Israel to celebrate our granddaughter's bat mitzvah. Despite our initial safety concerns, we made the decision to join our family. We always felt safe and well cared for with our wonderful guide Amir and our driver Hezi. From the time we were met at the gate in Tel Aviv to the time we left, Amir filled our heads and hearts with the astounding history, the uniqueness of Israel's people, and perspective on the current situation. We cannot recommend the tour group more enthusiastically and look forward to celebrating our grandson's bar mitzvah with Dekel in a few years.

THE BEST private tour guide to Israel!! Dekel Tours did an outstanding job putting together a family tour of Israel. They were extremely focused on reflecting and delivering exactly what we wanted to experience, as well as letting us know about opportunities of which we might not have been aware. Our tour guide Rotem was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and completely on top of her game, as was our company contact, David. When we wanted to buy particular items, Rotem knew exactly where to bring us or found out where to take us if she didn't. Anytime we had a concern, David was reachable and ready with a perfect solution. We were a "high maintenance" family but nothing we requested was considered too difficult or too much or too anything. There were no "surprise" charges and the service was simply beyond reproach. They respected cost consciousness when it was wanted and were knowledgeable about splurging when that was wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There's really no reason to look anywhere else! Dealing with Dekel Tours was a pleasure from beginning to end. David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

I wanted a customized tour of Israel not a tourist cookie cutter tour and Dekel listened to what I envisioned and exceeded my expectations. My main contact David Gross was thorough and quick to answer any questions I had (believe me I had a lot of them). From the moment my group of twenty stepped off the plane in Tel Aviv we were greeted by a Dekel Tour agent and our trip was seamless and excellent. We even had a medical emergency in our group and Dekel was so completely understanding, compassionate and kind and was quick to take action. Incredible Israel experience Wow. it is hard to find the words to describe our trip to Israel, and the role that Dekel played. I had spent two months in Israel in 1994 on the High School in Israel program, and it was life changing for me. I wanted to share Israel with my children (aged 6 and 12), and contacted Dekel to help us. Marc was amazing. We spoke at length, and based of our conversations, he put together an itinerary that was the perfect balance of fun, educational, adventurous, and meaningful. The hotels were great, the airport service was extraordinary, and our guide, Muriel Sassoon was incomparable. I highly recommend Dekel. They are the best.

Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is. David and Dekel delivered an incredible experience that would not have been the same without their service. Travel to this part of the world can be tricky and unpredictable, so to have someone and a company that you can trust is important.
