A completely custom and perfect experience My husband and I (along with our 8-month old baby) just spent two weeks in Israel and a couple days in Jordan visiting Petra and had an absolutely incredible trip. We used Dekel tours for our airport transfers, all of our accommodations, a tour guide in Jerusalem, VIP border crossing into Jordan and back and all accommodations and tours in Jordan.The experience with Dekel tour was completely custom for us (which is often not the case when using similar services) as well as seamless and incredible.Every detail was carefully curated based on our parameters and we could not have been happier.I highly recommend using Dekel Tours whether you just need help with a few small details - or in planning every detail of your trip!

Great experience! David from Dekel organized a 7-day trip for the 5 of us through Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and points in between. David was extraordinarily patient through a planning process that took more than two years and with multiple hiccups relating to COVID, changing family lineups, and the rest. He ultimately designed a tour that struck a great balance between kid-friendly and adult-friendly activities.Our tour guide, Yehuda, was terrific. He's a scholar of archeology and Biblical history but he's equally adept discussing modern history, politics and culture. He was highly informative but also patient and low-key (very helpful in intimate private tours) and our kids loved him. Overall a fantastic experience!

Superior communication and implementation of the perfect itinerary! I work at a Jewish day school, so when it came time to plan a Bnot Mitzvah trip to Israel, there was no shortage of tour company recommendations. However, David Gross of Dekel Tours immediately stood out from the rest. To begin, I appreciated seamless communication with a native English speaker. In addition, as they say, presentation is everything. The proposed itinerary from Dekel tours was beautifully crafted with color images and easy to read text blocks. The other proposals I received looked like résumés, or a document you might use to take notes. The itinerary was 100% personalized to our family. From the hotels to the activities, every one of our interests and needs were considered. This was no easy feat with a group ranging in age from 12-78. We also had a particular tour guide in mind, (Sharon Pelleg), and Dekel tours was able to secure the tour guide of our choice. For the Bnot mitzvah, (2 daughters ages 12 and 15), we were given phenomenal recommendations for clergy, location and photography. Once the planning was complete, and we arrived in Israel, the superior service continued with immediate communication whenever needed. For example, we unexpectedly required a scooter for a family member who experienced limited mobility. A scooter was delivered to the hotel and our transportation was modified to accommodate. Also, a different family member needed a chiropractor, David was able to schedule and arrange travel to and from an appointment. I know this is quite the gushing review, but it is well deserved. Superior communication and implementation of an itinerary that provided the trip we dreamed of, earned this review.

Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Our accommodations were great, everything went smoothly and the online payment portal was so easy to us. I recommend working with Dekel Tours.

Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

Private Tour with DEKEL tours Just came back from a 13 day trip to Israel. Mark at DEKEL Tours helped us plan a 7 day private tour. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and kept in touch with us throughout the full year of planning. They did everything from book our hotels to our activities.
