Trip of a lifetime - Thank You Dekel We had a fantastic experience with Dekel on our Israeli vacation. From the moment we got off the plane we were treated like VIP's. Our primary contact, Mark Coleman from Dekel, worked closely with us to ensure that our itinerary matched what we were hoping to do and showed off the best of both Israel and Jordan in the time that we had. What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us. We also has amazing tour guides who were a great blend of informative, entertaining, flexible and engaging. We learned so much and left feeling like we had made a new friend. This truly was a trip of a lifetime and we are grateful for the thoughtfulness and diligence to make that possible. Thank you Dekel and Mark!

Wonderful 2 weeks in Israel We are wrapping a wonderful two week visit to Israel with a 1 day side trip to Petra Jordan. I have always wanted to go and my husband suggested it as a way for us to celebrate our 30th anniversary. From the very beginning of our contact, LeeAnn listened carefully to what was important to us for this trip and planned a perfect itinerary. From our arrival in Israel, throughout our trip everything went seamlessly. and she stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our tour guide, Yonatan was terrific. We have traveled to many places and have had guides in several of them and we count him as the best of the best. His personal knowledge of the country combined with his shared insights from his own travels really added a dimension to how we experienced each site. He was thoughtful, interesting, funny and considerate. I highly recommend Dekel for travel in Israel and also Yonatan as a guide. I am already thinking about when we can return.

Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is. David and Dekel delivered an incredible experience that would not have been the same without their service. Travel to this part of the world can be tricky and unpredictable, so to have someone and a company that you can trust is important. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dekel Tours and working with David to plan a trip to Israel or any other destination they offer.

Private Tour with DEKEL tours Just came back from a 13 day trip to Israel. Mark at DEKEL Tours helped us plan a 7 day private tour. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and kept in touch with us throughout the full year of planning. They did everything from book our hotels to our activities. Mark also matched us with a great tour guide Ronen. Overall we had a great vacation and looking forward to travelling to Israel in the future. I would highly recommend using DEKEL tours.

Excellent service and experience David and the team at Dekel Tours created a personalized itinerary based on our family's interests and background with some great unique experiences that we will remember forever.He was communicative, responsive, and held numerous phone calls at convenient times for us in America to build and revise our 10 day trip.All of the greeters, drivers, and tour guides were excellent and the convenience of having them handle everything from airport customs, rides, hotel reservations and always-available WhatsApp conversations made for a much easier trip.I would recommend using Dekel for your Israel trip without hesitation.

Highly recommend Dekel Tours and Yonatan/Jonathan as a tour guide! There were several favorite experiences during our week touring Israel with Yonatan/Jonathan as our tour guide! His explanations and stories were wonderful and his use of visual aids enhanced the history stories.

Israel at its best compliments of Dekel Tours! Without a doubt, this will rank #2 of all time for our (my wife and I) vacation travels. Our honeymoon has to always remain #1. Dekel provided excellent service from assisting with the development of our design of what we could see in the time we were in Israel to literally the moment we got off our plane where we were met with someone who effortlessly guided us through customs, to when we said goodbye to our outstanding guide, Yehuda. Everything that we wanted to see we were able to have quality time doing it. We even had a few last minute changes we requested and they were fulfilled without any complications. Our guide was the best we have had, including professional guides in Egypt, Thailand, Greece, Italy to name just a few. I highly recommend considering Dekel for anyone traveling to Israel.
