Israel at its best compliments of Dekel Tours! Without a doubt, this will rank #2 of all time for our (my wife and I) vacation travels. Our honeymoon has to always remain #1. Dekel provided excellent service from assisting with the development of our design of what we could see in the time we were in Israel to literally the moment we got off our plane where we were met with someone who effortlessly guided us through customs, to when we said goodbye to our outstanding guide, Yehuda. Everything that we wanted to see we were able to have quality time doing it. We even had a few last minute changes we requested and they were fulfilled without any complications. Our guide was the best we have had, including professional guides in Egypt, Thailand, Greece, Italy to name just a few. I highly recommend considering Dekel for anyone traveling to Israel.

Superior communication and implementation of the perfect itinerary! I work at a Jewish day school, so when it came time to plan a Bnot Mitzvah trip to Israel, there was no shortage of tour company recommendations. However, David Gross of Dekel Tours immediately stood out from the rest. To begin, I appreciated seamless communication with a native English speaker. In addition, as they say, presentation is everything. The proposed itinerary from Dekel tours was beautifully crafted with color images and easy to read text blocks. The other proposals I received looked like résumés, or a document you might use to take notes. The itinerary was 100% personalized to our family. From the hotels to the activities, every one of our interests and needs were considered. This was no easy feat with a group ranging in age from 12-78. We also had a particular tour guide in mind, (Sharon Pelleg), and Dekel tours was able to secure the tour guide of our choice. For the Bnot mitzvah, (2 daughters ages 12 and 15), we were given phenomenal recommendations for clergy, location and photography. Once the planning was complete, and we arrived in Israel, the superior service continued with immediate communication whenever needed. For example, we unexpectedly required a scooter for a family member who experienced limited mobility. A scooter was delivered to the hotel and our transportation was modified to accommodate. Also, a different family member needed a chiropractor, David was able to schedule and arrange travel to and from an appointment. I know this is quite the gushing review, but it is well deserved. Superior communication and implementation of an itinerary that provided the trip we dreamed of, earned this review.

Three generations in Israel David arranged a tour for me, my mother and my 12yo daughter. We gave him the difficult task of planning an itinerary that would be interesting for three generations and he fully delivered. The activities were a blend that met all of our interests. We all particularly loved the graffiti tour and cooking in the Druize village. Everything was well organized and anytime we needed help with dinner reservations or anything else, David answered us immediately. Excellent service, I can’t recommend highly enough.

June 2023 Truly a magical experience where no stone was left unturned. Wonderful communication, bespoke planning, extreme professionalism. I can't say enough about our trip. Leann and Dan (our guide) were perfection!

Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

Trip of a lifetime - Thank You Dekel We had a fantastic experience with Dekel on our Israeli vacation. From the moment we got off the plane we were treated like VIP's. Our primary contact, Mark Coleman from Dekel, worked closely with us to ensure that our itinerary matched what we were hoping to do and showed off the best of both Israel and Jordan in the time that we had. What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us. We also has amazing tour guides who were a great blend of informative, entertaining, flexible and engaging. We learned so much and left feeling like we had made a new friend. This truly was a trip of a lifetime and we are grateful for the thoughtfulness and diligence to make that possible. Thank you Dekel and Mark!

Israel 2022 with DEKEL Tours My sister and I took a trip to Israel that was postponed for two years due to oCOVID. A friend recommended DEKEL, specifically LeeAnn Langer. I e-mailed LeeAnn and she quickly replied. I was on the phone with her within a few days and she took her time asking me questions about what my sister and I wanted to do. She planned a private tour for 3 weeks for my sister and I which included an overnight in Petra. We were given a choice of hotels to choose from and we were able to make changes to the itinerary before we got there. LeeAnn set us up with the greatest guide. LeeAnn listened to what we wanted and the trip was outstanding. Her team was always available if we had questions. Everything was taken care of. Transport to everywhere, VIP treatment arriving and leaving at the airport, great hotels, reservations taken care of, and just being spoiled with the attention to detail. And when I mentioned wine tasting, we went to 5 wineries. Most important is the guide they got us, Shira Victor. Shira is the best. Three weeks was not enough time. For the next trip to Israel, I will be contacting DEKEL to help arrange the trip.

She reached out to youth and adults, meaningfully engaging the kids. Sharon went beyond the norm in seeking to meet the needs and respond to the interests of all. The guide at Yad Vashem (Lara….) was a wonderful educator who held the kids attention for over two hours. Our driver, Sergei, kept us safe and on time. The VIP access for the airport to the hotel and back was excellent. All contacts and connections made for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We have already given your name to a few people interested in traveling to Israel.
