Incredible Israel experience Wow. it is hard to find the words to describe our trip to Israel, and the role that Dekel played. I had spent two months in Israel in 1994 on the High School in Israel program, and it was life changing for me. I wanted to share Israel with my children (aged 6 and 12), and contacted Dekel to help us. Marc was amazing. We spoke at length, and based of our conversations, he put together an itinerary that was the perfect balance of fun, educational, adventurous, and meaningful. The hotels were great, the airport service was extraordinary, and our guide, Muriel Sassoon was incomparable. I highly recommend Dekel. They are the best.

Fabulous Israel Trip Our family could not have had a more fantastic experience touring Israel as planned by David Gross at Dekel Tours. David worked with us over many months to create an itinerary for touring the beautiful, unique sites in Israel as well as guiding us in planning our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah at Robinson’s Arch. With an extended family group of grandparents, kids, grandkids and aunts and uncles, David was sensitive and resourceful in meeting everyone’s needs. Our daily excursions were led by the most fantastic, charming, well versed guide, Yonatan Kohn, who shared his vast knowledge on topics religious, historical, and archeological. We enjoyed many lively conversations and Q and A sessions with him. At the end of each day of touring Yonatan made sure we knew the itinerary for the next day and what to expect. He and David made sure, from day one, that we had their contact info should we need anything. From the months of planning to our arrival where we were met at the airport (loved the ‘executive service’!!) to our hotels, excursions, activities, etc, our family had a fabulous and fun Israel experience thanks to David and Yonatan!!

Fabulous personalized tour We planned an itinerary with Dekel tours who tailored a bucket list of places with our site requests. Our guide was fantastic-well versed in history, archeology and natural wonders and very attentive to our needs. We saw and learned so much about different cultures, religions and history. It was an amazing unforgettable trip made easy by Dekel tours' handlers all along the way. Definitely recommend for a personalized tour.

Amazing family trip to Israel! Thank you to David at Dekel tours! My family and I (2 adults and 2 teens) have recently returned from a wonderful 2-week trip all over Israel. It was a trip of a lifetime! David helped us to plan and organize this long-awaited trip from the very beginning stages. He was quick to respond to any and all questions, no matter the time of day! Our tour guide, Asher, was outstanding! Knowledgeable, punctual and full of energy. He made sure to keep all of us happy, fed and entertained at all times. Highly recommend!

Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Our accommodations were great, everything went smoothly and the online payment portal was so easy to us. I recommend working with Dekel Tours.

Outstanding Tour Service My wife and I recently returned from a 17-day vacation in Israel and Jordan. We used Dekel to arrange private tours and other services for a portion of our trip including a 4-day, 3-night private tour of the northern district, a day tour of the Old City in Jerusalem, and a 3-day, 2-night tour in Jordan. Dekel also arranged transportation from/to the airport and provided "helpers" for the Israel/Jordan border crossing. I researched and booked the Israel accommodations myself and Dekel handled reservations for our two nights in Jordan.

Our experience with Dekel and our agent, Mark Coleman, was outstanding: Each of our three guides were very knowledgeable, entertaining, and a pleasure to spend time with. The itinerary was great. The extra services (especially the border crossing assistance) were a big help

In addition, Dekel/Mark were very flexible and accommodating, especially given the volatile COVID-19 situation. Planning the vacation felt like a true partnership, which I really appreciated.

What we appreciated was that, the trip was planned in such a way that we got to do so much, experience new places and still didn't feel frantic or over-scheduled. Given this was our first family trip to the mid-east we were uncertain as to process and documentation for crossing the border between Israel and Jordan, but Dekel took care of every and made it seamless for us.
