Just finished a 12 day tour we planned with Dekel Tours for my son’s bar mitzvah. I can sum up the entire experience in one word OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them. I am a real person and I do not work for Dekel Tours. My wife and I are very hard to please and they exceeded our expectations. We do not live in Israel so planning a tour of this nature is vey stressful and you really don’t know whether you can trust the company you are working with. Our experience was very positive and David and Tamar were attentive and extremely helpful. Tamar went so far as to come to the bar mitzvah and lent us her hotspot because the synagogue did not have wifi and we needed to broadcast the service over zoom. Thank you for everything. Custom tailored itinerary and personalized experience My wife and I took two of our granddaughters (ages 13 abd 14) on a tour of Israel and Jordan for their Bat Mitzvahs. We had a very narrow window of dates when we could make this trip and LeeAnn at Dekel worked out a fabulous tour based on our timeframe. We shared with her our initial ideas of what we would like to do and she took it from there adding many activities geared to our two teens. It was a busy 10 days but not hectic or rushed. Each of our guides was extraordinary. They were experienced, knowledgeable and engaging. Two highlights stand out for me: 1) Our day in Jordan to tour Petra and our overnight at the Bedouin camp in the Jordanian desert were nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended!2) Our three days in Jerusalem were filled with ancient history and contemporary Jewish life. Our guide Abby made it both exciting and meaningful. No place like it on earth.All four of us are so very grateful to LeeAnn, Brad and the entire Dekel team for giving us such a memorable visit to Israel to share with our grandkids.

Three generations in Israel David arranged a tour for me, my mother and my 12yo daughter. We gave him the difficult task of planning an itinerary that would be interesting for three generations and he fully delivered. The activities were a blend that met all of our interests. We all particularly loved the graffiti tour and cooking in the Druize village. Everything was well organized and anytime we needed help with dinner reservations or anything else, David answered us immediately. Excellent service, I can’t recommend highly enough.

3rd trip with Dekel Excellent team to work with and very easy communication. Mark and LeeAnn went above and beyond to help us organize a tour for 28 people with an added memorial service for a dear loved one. And Mitch B has become the only guide for us. Highly recommend Dekel.

Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is. David and Dekel delivered an incredible experience that would not have been the same without their service. Travel to this part of the world can be tricky and unpredictable, so to have someone and a company that you can trust is important. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dekel Tours and working with David to plan a trip to Israel or any other destination they offer.

Wonderful 2 weeks in Israel We are wrapping a wonderful two week visit to Israel with a 1 day side trip to Petra Jordan. I have always wanted to go and my husband suggested it as a way for us to celebrate our 30th anniversary. From the very beginning of our contact, LeeAnn listened carefully to what was important to us for this trip and planned a perfect itinerary. From our arrival in Israel, throughout our trip everything went seamlessly. and she stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our tour guide, Yonatan was terrific. We have traveled to many places and have had guides in several of them and we count him as the best of the best. His personal knowledge of the country combined with his shared insights from his own travels really added a dimension to how we experienced each site. He was thoughtful, interesting, funny and considerate. I highly recommend Dekel for travel in Israel and also Yonatan as a guide. I am already thinking about when we can return.

Depend on Dekel This was our first international travel experience in the new Covid reality.
David of Dekel Tours reassured us that he will make this trip go smoothly and he came through - from the necessary Covid travel documents, to the Dekel agent meeting us in the airport and navigating the airport testing procedure. David provided us with courteous drivers and recommended excellent hotels.
You can “Depend on Dekel”. They know Israel and the logistics of Israeli travel. We recommend them without hesitation.
