Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Our accommodations were great, everything went smoothly and the online payment portal was so easy to us. I recommend working with Dekel Tours.

Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is. David and Dekel delivered an incredible experience that would not have been the same without their service. Travel to this part of the world can be tricky and unpredictable, so to have someone and a company that you can trust is important. Fabulous personalized tour We planned an itinerary with Dekel tours who tailored a bucket list of places with our site requests. Our guide was fantastic-well versed in history, archeology and natural wonders and very attentive to our needs. We saw and learned so much about different cultures, religions and history. It was an amazing unforgettable trip made easy by Dekel tours' handlers all along the way. Definitely recommend for a personalized tour.

Israel at its best compliments of Dekel Tours! Without a doubt, this will rank #2 of all time for our (my wife and I) vacation travels. Our honeymoon has to always remain #1. Dekel provided excellent service from assisting with the development of our design of what we could see in the time we were in Israel to literally the moment we got off our plane where we were met with someone who effortlessly guided us through customs, to when we said goodbye to our outstanding guide, Yehuda. Everything that we wanted to see we were able to have quality time doing it. We even had a few last minute changes we requested and they were fulfilled without any complications. Our guide was the best we have had, including professional guides in Egypt, Thailand, Greece, Italy to name just a few. I highly recommend considering Dekel for anyone traveling to Israel.

There's really no reason to look anywhere else! Dealing with Dekel Tours was a pleasure from beginning to end. David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

Sensational, tour group If you plan to take a trip to Israel then this is the company is for you. Dekel tours is exceptional in every way.They are so professional, helpful,and just all around wonderful .I had knee replacement surgery & it was hard for me to walk. So David came up with a wonderful idea . He texted me & said how about renting a scooter . It was the BEST idea , after that I was able to join in most of the activities.When I come back to Israel and looking for a tour Dekel Tours is who I’m using . I will recommend them to all my friends who plan on going to Israel.

Israel 2022 with DEKEL Tours My sister and I took a trip to Israel that was postponed for two years due to oCOVID. A friend recommended DEKEL, specifically LeeAnn Langer. I e-mailed LeeAnn and she quickly replied. I was on the phone with her within a few days and she took her time asking me questions about what my sister and I wanted to do. She planned a private tour for 3 weeks for my sister and I which included an overnight in Petra. We were given a choice of hotels to choose from and we were able to make changes to the itinerary before we got there. LeeAnn set us up with the greatest guide. LeeAnn listened to what we wanted and the trip was outstanding. Her team was always available if we had questions. Everything was taken care of. Transport to everywhere, VIP treatment arriving and leaving at the airport, great hotels, reservations taken care of, and just being spoiled with the attention to detail. And when I mentioned wine tasting, we went to 5 wineries. Most important is the guide they got us, Shira Victor. Shira is the best. Three weeks was not enough time. For the next trip to Israel, I will be contacting DEKEL to help arrange the trip.

Great experience, great service Our group of 3 couples had a great tour of Israel and Jordan arranged by Mark Coleman and the team at Dekel Tours. For most of us, this was our first trip to Israel. We had several planning meetings and emails so our experience could be tailored to our desires. Mark was available to help us throughout our trip to answer logistical questions and work with us on some minor changes in our travel schedule, to help make sure we were where we needed to be to make connections.
