There is ice skating at an indoor mall, a magnificent underwater observatory, scuba diving, and many other water sports such as banana boating and tubing. The boardwalk is a fun place to just wander, grab a bite to eat, and buy some souvenirs.

The Dead Sea

Even if you are perfectly healthy, it is a wonderful place to just go and relax. Tel Aviv

the city that never stops, Tel Aviv is a great place for a vacation. Fun for the whole family, Tel Aviv of course has amazing beaches. A city on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea you can find people surfing, swimming, playing paddle ball, kicking soccer balls, playing beach volleyball and more. There is also Park Hayarkon, along the Yarkon River where you can paddle boat, ride bikes, or just take a picnic.

As a city, Tel Aviv of course has many museums, including Independence Hall, where the state was officially declared, the Palmach Museum, which talks about the start of the country and the start of the Israeli Defense Force, and the Tel Aviv Art Museum. If you have children with you, there is a safari nearby in Ramat Gan, as well as the Children’s Museum in Holon.

If you are interested, there are many types of bars, clubs, and all kinds of restaurants from typical Israeli food to Italian, Asian, and more. There are also multiple markets, like the flea market, the Carmel Market which is more food, and the Levinsky Market. Finish each day on the beach, watching the sun set over the sea.

The Kinneret

The Sea of Galilee, or Kinneret, is a beautiful lake to relax on. There are beaches all around it. You can stay in a big hotel, or camp out around the edge. You can swim, take boat rides both calm and exciting, and just relax. You can also bike around the whole kinneret! It is also a wonderful place to watch the sun rise or set depending which side you are on.
