The Parent Mission:

This very special Israel journey has been carefully designed to bring the IDF experience into focus in an engaging and meaningful way for the families and loved ones of lone soldiers and members of the Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation community.

Dimension One: Security & Geopolitical Briefings

Visit communities in Israel’s challenging border regions and receive expert briefings on the security situations at some of the country’s most sensitive locations, including the Gaza “Envelope,” the Lebanese border, and the Syrian border.

Dimension Two: Building Community & Giving Back

Host a cookout for soldiers in appreciation of their service; participate in a fund-raising run for the Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation; enjoy a lovely Shabbat dinner with lone soldiers at the Michael Levin Base; and push your limits with an interactive boot camp training experience.

Dimension Three: Special Moments

Meet families of Druze soldiers and learn about the Druze community and their special relationship with the IDF; visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial with special guests and hear their unique stories; participate in the national Yom HaZikaron remembrance at Har Herzl; and join the country in celebrating Yom HaAtzma’ut (Independence Day).
