Wonderful 2 weeks in Israel We are wrapping a wonderful two week visit to Israel with a 1 day side trip to Petra Jordan. I have always wanted to go and my husband suggested it as a way for us to celebrate our 30th anniversary. From the very beginning of our contact, LeeAnn listened carefully to what was important to us for this trip and planned a perfect itinerary. From our arrival in Israel, throughout our trip everything went seamlessly. and she stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our tour guide, Yonatan was terrific. We have traveled to many places and have had guides in several of them and we count him as the best of the best. His personal knowledge of the country combined with his shared insights from his own travels really added a dimension to how we experienced each site. He was thoughtful, interesting, funny and considerate. I highly recommend Dekel for travel in Israel and also Yonatan as a guide. I am already thinking about when we can return.

Dekel Tours Has My Vote... We loved our experience from start to finish. Tamar, the office manager, took our specific requests and set up a three day tour that swept us off our feet. It was perfect and amazing. Aviad was our tour guide. He was also terrific. Aviad walked us through the streets and explained thoroughly each stop....revisiting biblical stories, walking through the streets of the Old City as well as sites around the Sea of Galilee. Aviad made our journey come to life. He is well educated and what I consider to be a true historian. Our trip is one we never forget and we are grateful to each involved party at Dekel Tours which made our time in Israel successful. Thank you Tamar and Aviad. Thank you Dekel Tours. Three generations in Israel David arranged a tour for me, my mother and my 12yo daughter. We gave him the difficult task of planning an itinerary that would be interesting for three generations and he fully delivered. The activities were a blend that met all of our interests. We all particularly loved the graffiti tour and cooking in the Druize village. Everything was well organized and anytime we needed help with dinner reservations or anything else, David answered us immediately. Excellent service, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

Israel 2022 with DEKEL Tours My sister and I took a trip to Israel that was postponed for two years due to oCOVID. A friend recommended DEKEL, specifically LeeAnn Langer. I e-mailed LeeAnn and she quickly replied. I was on the phone with her within a few days and she took her time asking me questions about what my sister and I wanted to do. She planned a private tour for 3 weeks for my sister and I which included an overnight in Petra. We were given a choice of hotels to choose from and we were able to make changes to the itinerary before we got there. LeeAnn set us up with the greatest guide. LeeAnn listened to what we wanted and the trip was outstanding. Her team was always available if we had questions. Everything was taken care of. Transport to everywhere, VIP treatment arriving and leaving at the airport, great hotels, reservations taken care of, and just being spoiled with the attention to detail. And when I mentioned wine tasting, we went to 5 wineries. Most important is the guide they got us, Shira Victor. Shira is the best. Three weeks was not enough time. For the next trip to Israel, I will be contacting DEKEL to help arrange the trip.

Magical Trip Every detail of our trip was a joy - from the professional staff in the office to our fantastic guide. Mark listened to our goals and put together an itinerary that was engaging for first-timers and return-travelers. We were a congregational trip with people from 12 years old to 80, a mix of people who are Jewish and not, from several different states, and we came home connected to each other forever! As the person who staffed the trip, I was especially happy about the customer service and attention to detail we received from the Dekel staff.

Highly recommend Planned large trip of first timers. Excellent service, planning and patience. Lots of back and forth/ changes to itinerary. Mark walked us through our own maze of constraints and planned a fantastic trip with the best guide and itinerary. Highly recommend.

Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Our accommodations were great, everything went smoothly and the online payment portal was so easy to us. I recommend working with Dekel Tours.

Israel's Best Tour Company Dekel Tours goes the extra mile from the moment you contact them. I wanted a customized tour of Israel not a tourist cookie cutter tour and Dekel listened to what I envisioned and exceeded my expectations.
