Dekel Tours Has My Vote... We loved our experience from start to finish. Tamar, the office manager, took our specific requests and set up a three day tour that swept us off our feet. It was perfect and amazing. Aviad was our tour guide. He was also terrific. Aviad walked us through the streets and explained thoroughly each stop....revisiting biblical stories, walking through the streets of the Old City as well as sites around the Sea of Galilee. Aviad made our journey come to life. He is well educated and what I consider to be a true historian. Highly recommend Dekel Tours We recently booked a trip to Israel through Dekel Tours. It was the first time to visit Israel for all of us, including our kids ages 8 and 12. From an initial phone call, David from Dekel helped create an itinerary that was varied and unique (favorite experiences included sand boarding in the South, a grafitti workshop in Tel Aviv, the Fauda experience outside Jerusalem and Dig for a Day. Our guide Amir Katz was fantastic, I can't wait to go back to check out his wine tours. While we didn't really need concierge services once we were on the trip, the few questions we had were addressed quickly. Highly recommend the VIP airport experience, especially helpful for our early departure. David has even gone above and beyond in mailing us something we accidentally left at the airport in our dozy state. We will use Dekel again when we return to Israel.

It could not have been better My husband & I just returned from 2 weeks in Israel. We worked with David Gross of Dekel Tours to arrange our hotel, transfers from & to the airport, and assistance through Passport Control, Security & Check-in. His suggestions were perfect for what we wanted. Each hotel was lovely—well maintained, spotlessly clean, well-appointed & well-located. At David’s suggestion we used of the service of Smile when we arrived in Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. It made getting through all the checkpoints speedy. We were able to circumvent long lines. The drivers were helpful & pleasant & their vehicles were clean. The use of VIP service on our departure was brilliant! Since the days before security checks, we have never had such rapid check-in. The representative from VIP was able to take us from curbside all the way through to our gate, bypassing long lines.

Customized tour through all of Israel. I interviewed 3 different companies for a trip I wanted to customize in Israel. Dekel tours with David Gross easily won my business through their consultative conversations. We finalized a tour that covered most of Israel and included an overnight in Petra Jordon. All of the hotels were great, and the guide David arranged for us was fantastic. I’m sure we saw more than the average tourist over the course of 14 days. I highly recommend Dekel Tours if you have ideas about what you want to see and want to customize something special for yourself.

Israel's Best Tour Company Dekel Tours goes the extra mile from the moment you contact them. I wanted a customized tour of Israel not a tourist cookie cutter tour and Dekel listened to what I envisioned and exceeded my expectations. My main contact David Gross was thorough and quick to answer any questions I had (believe me I had a lot of them). Outstanding Customer Service! We hired a wonderful guide (David Wexler) in Israel who collaborates with Dekel Tours. Dekel provided our final itinerary and pricing and arranged hotels and transfers to and from the airport. Our week couldn't have gone more smoothly. I mainly corresponded with LeeAnn at Dekel and I truly can't think of anyone I've worked with in all our travels over the years who has been more responsive than she was. Great experience, great service Our group of 3 couples had a great tour of Israel and Jordan arranged by Mark Coleman and the team at Dekel Tours. For most of us, this was our first trip to Israel. We had several planning meetings and emails so our experience could be tailored to our desires. Mark was available to help us throughout our trip to answer logistical questions and work with us on some minor changes in our travel schedule, to help make sure we were where we needed to be to make connections. I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Dekel Tours!

Made a trip of a lifetime come true for our church group. LeeAnn made all the arrangements for my group of 28 for 9 nights in Israel and 3 nights in Jordan. Everything she said she would do was provided: Coach, transfers, hotels, guides and more. The gift bags were filled helpful items including good water bottles, electrical adaptors. Highly Recommend Dekel Tours My experience with Dekel was excellent. I worked with Director of Tourism, David Gross, to plan an all-inclusive trip to explore all of Israel. From start to finish, I was impressed with the first-class service that he provided. From the first phone call until we landed back in the U.S. from the trip, David worked with me for months to customize my itinerary, ease my concerns, and book and handle everything so that we did not have to worry about one detail.When I asked for advice on literally anything, he was honest and offered helpful suggestions. David's service exceeded my expectations; he went above and beyond anything he "had" to do, to deliver an exceptional experience. He answered every question and resolved any matter that arose (before, during and after the trip) immediately and to my total satisfaction. Everything was planned and executed just about perfectly. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. We were given VIP treatment at the airport and hotels, which adds great value to the experience. Choosing a guide is a crucial part of this trip, so I recommend doing that early because they do get taken. Words cannot describe how magnificent and beautiful Israel is.
